As a former zoning and planning administrator for multiple NEK communities, including Waterford, Matt brings unparalleled expertise in local bylaws, Act 250 compliance, and land use planning. Originally from Massachusetts’ North Shore, where he specialized in agricultural, equestrian, and new construction real estate, Matt relocated to Waterford with his partner to establish a farm and equestrian facility, fostering a vibrant, community-focused future.
